Oh my goodness, this coffee is so exciting, intense and juicy, due to it being dry processed. This means the beans were dried inside the fruit, encouraging a more pungent and complex fruitiness. The beans are grown at a high altitude in soil which has volcanic deposits, wonderfully rich in minerals and nitrogen and although most Ethiopian coffee is grown organically, this one is organic certified. We taste banana smoothie, coconut custard, strawberry, plum and Pink Lady apples.

It is absolutely delicious, I’m sure you will agree.
