One of the stars of this season is this stunning Hunkute which grows in a perfect micro climate and in high altitude at 2050m.

During production, the ripe coffee cherries are soaked in clear mountain water before being transferrred to African style drying beds. They are then left in the sun to dry, for 10 to 15 days.

If I had to say how good this coffee tastes, I would give it an almost perfect score - it is that good!

Flavour-wise, this is a true Sidamo with top notes of florals and a deeper level of soft fruits. Rampaging through is Deep Dark Chocolate. It really is a delight to drink; an absolute stellar coffee.
